Basically my brother purchased a motor "WITH Warranty" and when there was a problem with motor they have refused to honor their warranty at ALL.
He said they do not call you back. They look for any reason to get out of paying for any warranty service, even though the dealer and mechanics have stated it a PARTS / Motor defect i.e LKQ Corp issue.
They claim its my brother's fault ( who is someone who knows better - he is a vehicle person.
Also they told the dealer to tear everything down to find out what the problem was and then have refused to pay the bill, or to pay to have it put back together.
AGAIN BUYER BEWARE - ( I don't know about you - but seems like a scumbag copany to me )
